Managing Partner of CRA, Inc., Dr. Stutman is widely recognized as an authority in leadership style and executive development.

Randall K. Stutman has spent more than 20 years as an executive advisor and coach on Wall Street and in financial firms, working with the senior leaders of firms including Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Blackstone, Wachovia, UBS, Citigroup, State Farm Insurance, CIT, Capital One, Fidelity Investments, Lincoln Financial Group, and Bank of New York, among others. Recently, he has been lauded for his work helping numerous hedge funds attain sustainable retention and development processes.

Dr. Stutman is the founder of the Admired Leadership Institute® and is a popular speaker on the qualities and behaviors of extraordinary leaders. His ground-breaking work on leadership development through a library of critical experiences has influenced a new generation of professionals practicing in the area.

A former professor at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and Temple University, Dr. Stutman has been widely published in business journals and is the author of three books on leadership behavior, including the award-winning Working Through Conflict.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Stutman is a former collegiate golfer who has traded his clubs for a saddle and now breeds and rides Rocky Mountain horses.

Robin Abramson

Robin Abramson is a CRA Partner and co-head of the firm’s Leadership Practice.

As co-head of CRA’s leadership practice, Robin Abramson provides coaching and counsel to senior leaders primarily on Wall Street and in financial services firms. She specializes in helping others build their own leadership credibility and develop their relationships in an authentic, compelling, and practical way. Her recent clients include senior leaders from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Fidelity, Prudential, and Ayco, among others.

In addition to her individual counseling work, Robin developed a highly effective peer dialogue/coaching program for emerging leaders who have recently assumed or are being groomed for expanded roles. Since its inception over ten years ago, the program has been replicated with a high degree of success preparing and transitioning groups of leaders across Wall Street.

Robin is a guest lecturer at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, and graduated from Columbia University with an M.A. in Organizational Psychology. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Communication from Syracuse University.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Robin now splits her time between New York City and Davidson, North Carolina where she lives with her husband and two children.

Suzanne Peterson Ph.D.

Managing Director

Suzanne J. Peterson is an Executive Coach Specializing in Leadership Style, Development, and Communication.

Dr. Peterson provides counsel and coaching to senior leaders primarily on Wall Street and other financial services companies. Emphasizing leadership style and credibility, effective communication, and relationship building as building blocks to leadership success, she helps propel her clients towards excellence. Her recent clients include leaders in firms such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Cowen, Piper Jaffray, Fidelity, Prudential, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Societe Generale, and Ayco, among others.

Suzanne is a highly sought-after speaker where she shares the CRA message of Admired Leadership®- a viewpoint that emphasizes the behaviors that characterize the world’s most effective leaders.

Suzanne serves on the faculty of The Thunderbird School of Global Management and prior to joining CRA and entering academia, she worked as a change management consultant. She holds a BA in psychology and an MBA and Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Southern California and University of Nebraska respectively. A native of Southern California, she now splits her time between New York and Scottsdale, AZ.

John Daly Ph.D.

Associate

Dr. Daly, a noted researcher and author in the area of interpersonal communication, specializes in training and customer service design for CRA, Inc.

John Daly is an active speaker, trainer, and process consultant. He has worked with more than 100 corporations, professional associations, and government agencies both as a speaker and as a consultant for developing and implementing improvements in customer service and communication programs. In the corporate environment, Professor Daly has worked with Halliburton Oil Field Services, the Newell Co., Continental Airlines, La Quinta Motor Inns, Dun and Bradstreet, Sierra Geophysics, UpJohn, Roche Laboratories, the Novell Co., American Airlines, Frito-Lay, 3M, Revco, Southland, Dell Computers, and the Prudential Co., among many others.

In the governmental arena, Dr. Daly has worked extensively with the LBJ School of Public Affairs on a number of programs for state and national government leaders. He has also worked with the Texas Municipal League, the Texas Employee Retirement System, the Governor’s Executive Education Program for the state of Texas, the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, the Texas Education Agency, and the Texas Youth Commission. In addition, he has conducted programs in the area of continuing legal education in Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Louisiana, and Texas.

Dr. Daly is a Professor in the College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin, where he teaches interpersonal communication, nonverbal communication, persuasion, and public speaking. Professor Daly received his Ph.D. from Purdue University, and has published four books on communication and more than 80 articles.
