Cultivating Social Capital & Stakeholder Management

Organizations run on relationships, and the most effective team members carefully and deliberately cultivate the strongest possible network of advocates across and beyond their business. During this session, we’ll cover how participants can establish relationships of strength and advocacy with key stakeholders, and ensure monitor support and resistance among their most important relationships.

In the Stakeholder Management Seminar, Managing Director Ellie Chamberlin, and Consultant Morgan Harper of CRA’s Strategic Communication Practice, will lead a developmental discussion across five areas:

  • Building Social Capital
  • The Science Behind How Networks Form
  • Determining Your Most Important Stakeholders
  • A Practical Guide to the Stakeholder Management Process
  • The Keys to Winning Internal Elections

CRA Partners and Managing Directors with a minimum of 10 years advisory experience in Fortune 50 organizations lead each Seminar, and Seminars will typically include a variety of other CRA staff and clients who lend texture to the discussion. The agenda spans one and one-half days, with the content intentionally limited to six discussions – the goal is to engage a smaller number of more meaningful issues with depth. While individual Seminars can vary, a typical agenda is:
